No information collected by NavRules is used in any way except to support the function of the app

The collected information is for the benefit of and the use of the NavRules User and only the NavRules User

We do not share or transmit any of the data from the IOS device on which NavRules is running.

Neither do we include any advertising in the application.

What Information Do We Collect?

The NavRules applications on iOS do not in general collect any individual information, or connect to the internet. Only historical test taking information is stored locally on your IOS device in order to support the function of the NavRules application.

What Do We Do With The Information?

The collected information is used by NavRules to:

• Track practice tests that have been taken,
• Record the score of each practice test taken,
• To track the questions in the Question Pool that have been used in a practice test,
• To track the success rate of the questions in the Question Pool,
• And in general to aid the user in learning the Navigation Rules (COLREGS) and tracking the user's understanding of the Navigation Rules.
